Meeting Request Form

Community Montessori School requests that prospective parents and students meet with the director if interested in enrollment. Typically, the Director is available for tours on Tuesday's and Thursday's. After meeting with the director an observation date in the classroom can be made. To request to meet with the director, please fill out a meeting request form leaving your contact information and a desired meeting date and we will contact you to confirm.
