Giving Opportunities

Annual Giving contributions bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a CMS education. These funds directly support our Guides by helping to provide competitive salaries, benefits, and professional development. Your donation also supports academic, art, music and physical education programs, and assists with the maintenance of and improvements to our buildings and grounds. In addition, Annual Giving dollars help keep tuition more affordable.

Every donation, large, small, or somewhere in between, goes directly to sustaining CMS’s excellence and advancing our growth. Our goal is 100% participation, regardless of the amount. We encourage each of you to contribute at a level that is meaningful for your family. Remember, unlike tuition, your Annual Giving donation is fully tax deductible. CMS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

Annual Fund

Tuition does not cover all of the cost of educating our students. Contributions to the Annual Fund help to ensure a balanced budget by providing needed dollars to bridge the gap between tuition revenue and general operating expenses. Pledges are paid between June 1st and May 31st of each academic year. Please click here for more information and frequently asked questions.

Matching Gifts

Your gift can make twice the impact! Please check to see if your company participates in a matching gift program and enclose your gift form with your donation or check with your human resources department for more details.

Fall Party Book

Back by popular demand in 2008 is the family fun party book. It's a great way to experience unique events and socialize with other parents. 100% of the proceeds of the parties is returned to CMS. Click here to see the details and how to sign up to attend.

Directed Giving

If you are interested in supporting a specific need such as playground equipment or Montessori training for our staff, please contact the school for more information. We have created a Materials Registry this year which contains specific items each classroom guide has requested. It resembles a wedding or baby registry. Download a copy here for viewing. A printed copy is also available in the office where you can check availability, indicate your choices, and make your donation.
