This is a Community Montessori School fundraiser. The party hosts are responsible for 100% of the planning and expense for the party they are throwing. You pay to attend each party and CMS reaps 100% of the revenue. It is a really great way to raise money for our beloved school and have a lot of fun doing it!

This party book will consist of 9 EXCITING parties for the Fall season. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to select as many parties as you and your family members would like to attend. Friends and family who do not have children attending CMS are also welcome to register. You are responsible for registering and rendering payment for them.

Once you have selected the parties that interest you, get ready to "Purchase Your Party". On September 26th, join us for coffee and morning treats in the Circle Drive (weather permitting) around the upper Elementary and Activity Center. This is your first chance to sign-up and pay for the parties you would like to attend. Sign up is on a first-come, first-serve basis. So, hurry in early on the 26th to secure your spot….. in past years, many parties have sold out within the first hour!

If you are unable to come by the morning of the 26th, there will be information here on our website as well as in the office. You will find the sign up book and information by Jessica's desk located next to the red participation time slips. Since the party hosts have limited space for these parties and have begun planning, we cannot offer refunds. If you sign up for a party and are unable to attend, feel free to find a family to fill your space. For your convenience, CMS will send you a party reminder the week before you or your child are scheduled to attend a party.
