Tours are by appointment only. Fill out this form to schedule a tour. Then our Enrollment Director will reach out to get your tour scheduled.

We look forward to welcoming your family and getting to know your child. Children are required to attend the tour so they can experience the environment alongside you.

Most tours last about 30 minutes to an hour.

Yes. The Enrollment Director can tell you how long the waiting list is for your child’s level.

No. All CMS students attend for the full Montessori day 5 days per week from (8am-3pm). We find that children benefit from a more consistent routine so a full-time schedule works best for all ages. Additional programs are available to extend these hours. Inquire for more information.

No. We follow a school year calendar, which runs from mid-August to the end of May. Additional programs are available on a limited basis during the summer.

We appreciate your future planning! When submitting an application for your child, please ensure that the desired year of enrollment is accurate when you apply. Applications do expire, and will need to be resubmitted along with payment to remain on the waiting list if your desired start date changes. 

To support balanced, thriving classroom communities, CMS does not accept requests for a specific classroom or Guide. Families are welcome to share in writing any information about their child that may help our Academic Team make a thoughtful placement decision.

We are an AMI recognized Montessori school and as such, we follow their standard for class sizes. Our Casita classes have 10-14 children per class with one Montessori trained guide and one or two assistants. For all other classes, we have 24-30 children per class with one Montessori trained guide and one full time assistant. The multi-age groupings and developing independence of our students make this an ideal number to balance the community.
