Dear Parents, 

Happy first week of school. Children all came in happily. They were also ready to be with their class friends and the works on the shelves. Our older children were big helpers to help other youngsters. We are so very proud of them. The maps, geometry cabinet, decanomial squares, short/ long bead chains, bank game, sandpaper letters, moveable alphabets etc. were practiced. I enjoyed observing those concentrated faces. We had a great first week. 

Please welcome Ray, Theo, Ruby and Amani with us. 

Room mom, BeeBee, has pre-signed each family to bring flowers on the first of a week for the class activities. The link will be sent to you soon. Please let us know if you have any questions or need to swap with another family. BeeBee and I can help you. 

Reminders:

- Please make sure to label snack containers with your child’s name and ‘snack’. 

- Please send the snack(s) in a separate container/ bag from the main lunch box. We store the snack items separately from the lunch. 

- Please send indoor shoes and extra clothes for the classroom if you have not done so already.

- Please send your child with a FILLED water bottle daily. We can refill as necessary.

- Please clearly label all containers, clothing, and personal items with your child's name.

- Please send silverwares with your child for the lunch

- Assemble a child-sized picnic table
