Elisha Hough is a project portfolio manager at a medical device company. With over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management, she has built her career around delivering value. Most recently, Elisha has specialized in creating effective frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Colorado State University. As a CMS board member, Elisha is committed to fostering lasting connections among parents, staff, and students. She is passionate about the Montessori philosophy and its focus on lifelong learning, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Originally from Colorado, Elisha has called Austin home for more than 15 years. She lives in North Austin with her husband and two children, enjoying local activities throughout Central Texas and traveling together as a family.
