Kelly is a business leader with experience across strategy, finance, and organizational governance. She currently serves as Director of Strategy at Vital Farms, where she helps leaders navigate complex decisions, align around long-term priorities, and drive strategic initiatives. Before entering business, Kelly was a 5th grade teacher for several years, an experience that continues to shape how she thinks about learning, leadership, and human development. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.A. in French Literature from Claremont McKenna College.

As a former educator, Kelly brings a deep appreciation for the transformative power of education and the role strong schools play in supporting children, families, and communities. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations remain healthy, resilient, and focused on their purpose. Kelly lives in Georgetown with her wife and son and enjoys reading, playing tennis, and homesteading.
