If you haven't already heard, a solar eclipse is happening on Saturday, October 14th and Texas is a prime viewing location! We're pretty lucky to experience this amazing astronomical event with front seats right here at home.

If you'd like the chance to see the eclipse through a telescope and don't have one at home, head on over to Southwestern University!
The physics department will have eclipse viewing on the Academic Mall. It's a free event and open to the public.
