We had more apple tastings this week, which we all enjoyed. So far, we've tried gala, granny smith, honeycrisp, and pink lady apples. Thank you for sending them in for us! 

The children have been loving the weather and have been choosing to work outside. They have been practicing yoga poses, writing on the outdoor chalkboard, sweeping, weaving on the large weaving frame, and some children have lunch on the patio. Since the weather is more conducive to being outdoors, we would like to begin doing some gardening. We would love to plant some fall veggies in our raised bed. If your child would like to bring one, we've had success in the past with broccoli, kale, squash, and root veggies, especially turnips and beets.
