Dear Families,
We have all enjoyed our time together this week. We had fun working with golden beads and refreshing our memories on how to read big numbers and what addition means.
The younger children have been practicing their pouring skills with various water activities. We provide lovely ceramic, metal, and glass pitchers for the children to use. They walk them carefully to the sink to fill, move slowly back to their table so they don’t spill a drop, and pour slowly, challenging themselves to transfer the water to another vessel without drips or spills. It is lovely to observe their concentration and the expressions of delight on their faces at their own success.
We welcomed Harvey to our community this week.
