We have been enjoying the cooler weather. Several children opted to take their work into the courtyard. Others spent time searching for different leaf shapes to identify. A few friends took it upon themselves to scrub our back patio and the outdoor furniture. This week we learned about our Solar System and will be discussing the upcoming eclipse next week. We began learning about our skeletons and the names of the bones and what organs some of them protect. This week we learned 'skull, rib cage and phalanges'. Ask your child to show you. This week we welcomed a new friend, Cris, to our community!
