It was another big week! Lessons included types of lines, calligraphy and compound words. Children recited poetry, tapped the rhythm of music and solved multiplication problems. This morning all children completed a self reflection and this afternoon many participated in a race, which lays the foundation for further lessons calculating speed.
Earlier this week, Gina shared this link to sign-up to watch our table at the International Festival. Thanks for signing up! There are several slots still available (see picture below).
See you in two Saturdays, on Nov 4th from 10am-12pm! Music starts at 11:00 and it's the book sale's final day. Bring digital payment if you want to purchase items from Nova's booth.
Also see you for conferences on Monday and after school next week. Please walk directly to the Magnolia classroom for our scheduled time slot. (Sign-up link here) Progress reports will be published on Sunday.
Reminders
Looking forward,
Inger and Sara
