This week the Nova classroom moved on from introductions and experienced a week of our usual schedule of lessons! Monday the students performed community service around our campus as well as their first book seminar and math seminar! Tuesday this week introduced the class to their sound project as well as Charlie led spanish lessons until Alan joins us in September. Wednesday Students were introduced to their first humanities topic: Psychology! Thursday brought more work on their sound projects and Spanish. Today we have finished strong with research and work on a research paper as well as a community meeting and open work period! We are excited to continue more hard work next week and hope you all have a restful weekend.

• Book Seminar is due Monday!
• Students are reading The Giver through Chapter 8 and Lord of the Flies through Chapter 6. 
• Please turn in Simple Sparrow Farms permission slips and the Student Medical Release form for our fall trip Monday!
