We are excited about our upcoming camping trip and want to reiterate how important this trip is for our students to bond, grow and experience residency with each other.
Weather and Safety
We are aware of the conditions and will monitor and make sure students understand about heat exhaustion. Help us by providing a large water bottle, a proper hat and loose and light clothing.
We will be looking for:
Heavy sweating, Weakness or tiredness, cool, pale, clammy skin; fast, weak pulse, muscle cramps, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, headache.

Medication
Medicine in ziplock bags, with original medicine containers. On the zip lock bag write the student's name, and when to give the dose. Please provide Authorization for Dispensing Medication form attached to this email in the ziplock bag. This bag should be handed directly to Charlie or Ashlie.

Wednesday we plan on leaving on a Georgetown ISD school bus at 9:00am, please arrive by 8:30am. Please make sure they have a good breakfast since we have an activity in the late morning.
