Our four days together this week were packed full of adventure! Lessons included book-making, tone bars, equivalent shapes, tessellation patterns and relationships of lines, among others. Children created songs, puzzles, and number grids. Some of them opened a "store" for their classmates. On Class Pet Day, many children weighed and sketched their animals. This morning we noticed Wilber was missing from his turtle tank; he was found during lunch and we think he climbed out overnight due to the high water levels. He looks completely fine!
A large flag for Switzerland has been prepared for the International Festival on Saturday, Nov 4th from 10am-12pm. We look forward to the event! Thanks for sharing your ideas and keep them coming.
