Dear Families, 

We added two new Sunflowers to our crew this week! Amelia is 15 months old and is the younger sister of former Sunflower Theo, who is now in the Bluebonnet class. June is 17 months old and is the sister of Andy, another Sunflower alum who graduated to the Honeysuckle community; her parents Tim and Brittany are also our class ambassadors. Welcome back, Lohn and Solano families! I love it when we get siblings! 

Snacks

Please pack two snacks for your child every day, ideally in separate, labeled containers (this really makes it easier for us!). It doesn't hurt to toss in an extra applesauce or pack of raisins, for that matter-- a lot of the children have been very hungry in the morning and want to eat both of their snacks before lunch, which might not leave them with much to eat after nap.

Montessori Journey

If you're new to Montessori or just want to get a more in-depth look at how CMS works to bring authentic Montessori education to children from toddlers to middle school, make time in your schedule to join the Montessori Journey on September 16th, from 9 to 11 am. RSVP!
